Gartner has named Cheetah Digital a “Challenger” in the 2021 May Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. With the backdrop of a tumultuous year for all, in which marketers are facing ever-tightening budgets, we’re incredibly proud to have achieved the highest vertical growth year-on-year and a score improvement for all four use cases: campaign creation, campaign orchestration, campaign execution, and campaign measurement.
In the report, Gartner describes the multichannel marketing hub as “a core technology that helps marketing organizations achieve their revenue growth goals and realize innovation objectives. They rely on multichannel marketing hub solutions to create operational efficiencies and orchestrate marketing programs to achieve those goals.”
The Gartner report states, “Cheetah Digital improved its scores for all four use cases, achieving its highest score for campaign creation. The Cheetah EDP offers solid customer profile management capabilities, featuring a discrete profile of every action a customer has taken and flexible options for adding new fields to the default customer record. Cheetah Digital upgraded its campaign workflow capabilities, resulting in a year-over-year score increase.”
