CHEFS, a leading source of premium culinary products, sends email communications to their customers twice per week. Previously, all customers received the exact same email creative and product content. To better serve their customers and ultimately increase ROI, CHEFS requested that CheetahMail help them find an approach to delivering more targeted emails.

CheetahMail’s Digital Analytics team provided an approach which enabled CHEFS to differentiate email content based on a combination of value, behavioral, and attitudinal segmentation. In addition to providing new creative content to correspond with these segments, the Digital Analytics team provided a product selection tool that helped CHEFS determine which products to market to each segment.
