
Creative redesign engages subscribers, increases email performance for Comedy Central
Experian Cheetahmail’s Creative Services team revamps the television network’s
newsletters to grab user attention and encourage customer response
As a leading cable television channel of comedy-based programming, Comedy
Central deems creativity and innovation as two main ingredients in its
marketing mix. Viewers and fans of the channel expect to be entertained by
anything with the Comedy Central name on it, and email communications are
no exception. To ensure that Comedy Central’s email campaigns were eliciting
maximum response, Experian CheetahMail’s Creative Services team worked
to improve the design, functionality and visual appeal of a number of Comedy
Central’s email newsletters. The redesign initiative, endowed with a slew of
HTML and creative best practices, sparked a significant lift in subscriber
engagement, interactivity and response.
