The Neiman Marcus Group’s Email-A-Friend Feature Helps Increase Transaction Rates & Grow List Size

CheetahMail approached Neiman Marcus Group about implementing an Email-A-Friend feature across all of their brands' websites (Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Horchow). This programme allows online website browsers to forward up to six products easily to their friends, assembled in one dynamically populated email. Neiman Marcus Group used this initiative as a way to grow their subscriber lists, create a new revenue source and generate higher than average performance metrics compared to regular promotional mailing.
