Analog Devices, an international producer of semiconductor devices for
consumer and industrial goods, sought to gain attention and generate revenue
from prospective businesses using a cost-effective and traceable approach.
Given the highly technical nature of Analog’s product line, the challenge at
hand was to optimally leverage the email channel so that customers stayed
engaged throughout an often lengthy and thorough sales cycle. By working
with their account team at Experian CheetahMail, Analog Devices created a
customer engagement strategy that involved delivering relevant, targeted and
timely email communications to their customer base, subsequently increasing
the amount of business generated as a direct result.
