Rachel Bergman
General Manager/Senior Vice President

Rachel Bergman joined Experian CheetahMail in 2002 to head up Client Services and Account Management. Since then, Experian® CheetahMail® has grown from a 50-person start-up to being the largest email service provider in the world. Bergman became the General Manager of Experian CheetahMail in 2009 and is responsible for the strategic direction and continued growth of the business. Bergman is passionate about improving her clients’ return on investment and takes pride in anticipating her clients’ needs and in building products and services to not only meet, but also exceed their expectations.
Bergman is a digital-marketing industry veteran and has spent more than 10 years helping to grow the digital programs of some of the most sophisticated direct marketers. Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Bergman held senior management positions at ClickAction (now Yesmail), Snowball.com (now IGN Entertainment) and Fox Networks. Bergman is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
Kat Berman
Vice President, Client Services

Kat is a Vice President on the Experian CheetahMail Client Services team, managing client relationships as well as several internal teams, including Implementations, Product Marketing and Client Solutions.
Kat has been with Experian CheetahMail for over seven years and has worked in digital marketing for over twenty years. She also holds a bachelors degree from Brandeis University.
Rich Bossbaly
Vice President, Sales

Rich Bossbaly leads the North American direct sales team for Experian CheetahMail, helping shape the strategy that connects leading brands with the technology, service and expertise they need to maximize marketing ROI.
Rich brings over 12 years of sales and database experience to Experian CheetahMail. Prior to joining CheetahMail, Rich was Director of Sales for data quality software leader, Experian QAS. In this role, he successfully led the integration of the sales and marketing functions for Experian QAS’ acquisition of Intelligent Search Technology, a data quality provider. Rich holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
Kelly Dedman
Vice President, Client Services

Kelly began his career with CheetahMail in 2002 and brings 15 years of online marketing experience. He has worked in email marketing since the industry’s infancy in 1999, pioneering the creation and development of advertiser-supported email newsletters and special offers for eTour.com and Ask.com.
Kelly leads the California-based client services teams, working with industry-leading clients across a wide range of verticals including retail, technology, financial services, entertainment and travel. He guides the account management and integration teams in providing world-class customer service, technical integration and strategic support from offices in Los Angeles and The Bay Area.
Prior to email marketing, Kelly managed online marketing programs for BellSouth Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Advertising and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mercer University in Atlanta with a Master of Science degree in Technology Management.
Cormac Dunne
Vice President, Finance

Cormac Dunne has significant experience in large-scale investments, acquisitions, business restructuring and strategic planning, most recently leading the commercial finance function for Marketing Services in EMEA, based out of London. He originally joined Experian through QAS® in 2003, starting out as Group Financial Controller and later becoming Finance Director of QAS after its acquisition by Experian. Dunne graduated from Dublin City University with a master’s degree in accountancy and is a qualified chartered accountant.
Regina Gray
Vice President, Strategic Services

Regina Gray is the Vice President of Strategic Services, where she leads her team in providing data-driven recommendations to their clients, with the ultimate goal of increasing ROI and profitability. Regina is an expert in data modeling, data analysis, campaign assessment, up-front client consultation and communications strategy. Her client experience spans the retail, publishing, finance, travel, insurance, and health care industries.
Regina graduated with honors from both Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, and Montclaire State University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Statistics. Her previous experience includes teaching both mathematics and statistics, both at the high school and at the undergraduate level, and working as a statistical consultant, analyzing and reporting survey results for large university-based programs. Regina is also a nationally recognized speaker at industry conferences and events.
Ben Isaacson
Privacy Leader, CIPP

Since 1996, Ben Isaacson has been an interactive industry leader assisting in the global development of self-regulatory and regulatory policies, guidelines and best practices for the interactive marketing industry. Isaacson currently serves as the Privacy and Compliance Leader for Experian, overseeing advanced privacy and compliance affairs governing Experian’s diverse marketing services businesses and products, including Experian CheetahMail, Hitwise and Digital Advertising Solutions.
Some of Isaacson’s leadership efforts include serving as a Co-Chair of the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG) Senders Committee, Co-Chair of the Email Sender & Provider Coalition’s (ESPC) Receiver Relations Committee and editorial Advisory Board Member to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP); providing Web Analytics Association (WAA) principles guidance; and leading Experian CheetahMail’s participation with numerous other global industry groups, including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Anti-Phishing Working Group. Isaacson regularly publishes industry white papers, including recent ones on Integrating Non-Personal and Personal Data and European Email Deliverability. He also has published articles for Practising Law Institute, The IAPP Privacy Advisor, TrustE and ClickZ, and he regularly posts articles on Experian CheetahMail’s EmailResponsibly.com blog.
Prior to joining Experian, Isaacson led The Isaacson Group, an interactive marketing and e-policy consultancy. His previous roles include serving as the Executive Director of the Association for Interactive Marketing (AIM), a former DMA subsidiary that included pioneering numerous self-regulatory practices for the email, online marketing and interactive television industries. Isaacson is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) with the IAPP and received his JD from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, Calif.
Ashley Johnston
Vice President, Marketing

Ashley Johnston, Vice President of Marketing for Experian Marketing Services, brings close to 15 years of experience across a variety of marketing disciplines. She is responsible for driving brand awareness and client engagement initiatives for Marketing Services and its portfolio of businesses.
She began her tenure with Experian by leading the marketing efforts of Experian CheetahMail, helping it to become one of the most recognizable and highly regarded email services providers in the industry. Johnston’s experience includes both business and consumer marketing, and today she is frequently quoted in the press and participates on panel discussions and seminars relating to online marketing and public relations.
Yara Lutz
Vice President, Client Services

Yara joined CheetahMail in 2004 and has more than 12 years of experience in digital and email marketing. In her current role, Yara manages the east coast Client Services team. She leads a team that manages some of CheetahMail’s most strategic accounts across a variety of industries. Yara helps her clients maintain and grow profitable relationships with their customers by providing methods to enhance their email programs.
Prior to joining CheetahMail, Yara worked as a Marketing Manager at Digitas, and helped clients develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Yara holds a B.A. with honors in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Jackie Orris
Vice President, Human Resources

In her role as Vice President of Human Resources for Experian Marketing Services, Jackie Orris is responsible for leading the overall Human Resources strategy and business support for the Marketing Services segment as well as participating on the senior Human Resources team of Experian North America.
Orris has more than 15 years of human resources and leadership experience and a proven track record of managing change and growth for a number of leading consumer brands. Prior to joining Experian, Orris was Vice President of Human Resources at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. She came to Kenneth Cole from Cole Haan, where she was instrumental in the company’s brand repositioning and strategic initiatives, with a focus on talent acquisition, training and development, helping transform Cole Haan into a more luxury-driven brand. Before Cole Haan, Orris held a senior director position within Ralph Lauren’s retail and ecommerce business channels. Orris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C.
Daniel Schotland
Vice President, Business Development

As an email industry veteran with over 12 years of digital marketing experience, Daniel leads CheetahMail’s Business Development team. In this role, Daniel oversees the development of new revenue streams through strategic partnerships and the introduction of innovative and transformational products to CheetahMail’s product portfolio. Prior to this position, Daniel led CheetahMail’s Bay Area team as VP of Client Services. In that capacity, Daniel managed a cross-functional team of more than 30 client service professionals responsible for working with Fortune 1000 companies to drive incremental revenue and long-term customer engagement through integrated email marketing strategies.
Prior to joining CheetahMail, Daniel led the development of CRM and marketing strategies for i-loft, a CRM solution provider. Daniel has also worked for Post Communications, the pioneer of email marketing, and Deloitte Consulting. Daniel is an accomplished speaker who regularly speaks at industry events about email best practices and multi-channel marketing strategies including email, social, mobile and display.
Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Matt Seeley
Group President

As Group President of Experian Marketing Services, Matt Seeley is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business with a primary focus on revenue growth, market penetration and client engagement. Additionally, Matt is focused on successfully bringing new products to market that enable organizations to effectively target and engage their customers across channels, including leading the organization’s overall digital strategy and subsequent entry into new markets.
Matt Seeley has been a pioneer of digital marketing over the past decade. Under his leadership, Matt led Experian CheetahMail to become one of the largest and most successful email services companies in the industry, and was instrumental in facilitating the company’s global expansion into 9 countries around the world. In his previous position at Venture Direct, Matt played a critical role in developing the Xactmail Network, a permission-based email marketing solution and information network. In this role, he was responsible for developing relationships with Web publishers and coordinating the integration efforts of their email data into the Xactmail Network. In addition, Matt was responsible for building a top performing sales organization while establishing strategic relationships with direct mailers and interactive agencies. Matt holds a B.A. degree in Finance from Hofstra University.
Jon Williams
Vice President, Development

As vice president of development, Jon is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of company technology, including defining the product road map, product requirements, product specifications, product documentation, software development, delivery, QA and more.
Prior to CheetahMail, Jon was CTO at Flat World Knowledge, a growing start-up founded in 2007 by senior textbook industry executives. Privately-held Flat World Knowledge is the leading publisher of commercial, openly-licensed college textbooks, revolutionizing the textbook publishing industry. Jon also held a position as the CTO for iVillage (a division of NBC Universal). Prior to that, he was CTO of Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, a division of Kaplan, Inc, a Washington Post Company.
In 2000, Jon co-founded the New York CTO Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit professional organization for technology leaders to share ideas. Jon is also a mentor in Columbia University’s Executive Masters in Technology Management program. In 2008 he was named one of Infoworld’s top 25 CTOs. Jon received a BS in Computer Science from Melbourne University in Australia.
